What a lovely hotel. A small nice studio with separate sitting room & kichenette. Very exclusive. Full performance air conditionning; very nice room wiev, friendly staff, several small restaurants around especially almost next door very small Japanese Restaurant made me very happy. Being 33 years frequent traveller to HK; 3-4 times a year, I must say this is one of the nicest hotel I hv ever stayed. Voucher using for breakfast around the hotel selection is also a nice experience

The location is really good, super central, close to train station/Soho yet very quite at night. Staffs are very welcoming and nice. The room is a proper studio size with decent shower space and small kitchen. Lots of cafes, local food restaurant nearby. The price is super reasonable given its floor size and location in hongkong island, I would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location and great base to explore HK - I was only here for one night but we’ve stayed here for longer trips previously and have always found the Jervois to be a perfect home from home. Apartment is a great size and beautifully decorated - feels very luxurious especially compared to other options available in HK at a similar price point. Staff are always helpful and accommodating - I was able to check-in very late at night with no issues

Flawless. My friend recommended I stay in Sheung Wan which brought me to the Jervois. The one bedroom suite is generously sized - more like an apartment than a hotel room. I loved the area. It felt quite local and is full of fantastic coffee shops and restaurants. The laundry facilities were an added bonus and much needed when you've been on the road for a while. The staff were friendly and helpful.

All three front desk staffs that we met in 4 days was very friendly and super nice. Location are perfect, a lot of good restaurants and grocery shop around this hotel. Just 3-5 mins walk to get the Tram station and Shuen Wan MTR underground station and 15-20 mins walk to reach Hong Kong-Macau ferry jetty. As usual, most of the property in Hong Kong are small, especially property located in Central of Hong Kong island, when i step in the room OMG the room are really really small than what I expected. Overall, I will rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

The property is clean and the location is just 3min walk away from MRT Sheung Wan. There are 7-11 just across the street and 30m distance to McDonald.

Very central with a modern layout. Spacious, clean, and quiet (which is a surprise given the location). The set up is like a service apartment so it kind of feels like a home stay. Very easy check-in/out and very close to MTR (underground / metro) and buses. Lots of dining options and bars in the area.

I loved the room! It was comfortable, clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette and water dispenser. WiFi was solid and it was perfect for work. Enjoyed the shower a lot. Good set of pillows. Their IT staff was excellent on resolving WiFi issue.
